As president, Mr. Dir provides vision and corporate leadership to Crestwood Agency. Since 1985, Mr. Dir has specialized in comprehensive financial consulting for corporations, agricultural businesses, and affluent individuals. He focuses on asset management, retirement, and business planning, as well as creative charitable and estate planning.
- Venture Growth and Investment Leadership: Since entering the industry, Mr. Dir has also been involved with raising venture capital for companies as well as assisting in their ongoing management. He has helped many individuals with their business plans as well as organizing, mentoring, and investing in numerous private and pre-IPO companies.
- Industry Influence: Mr. Dir has served on the advisory boards of several institutions and has worked with their product development departments in assisting with the design of cutting-edge products for the financial services marketplace. As a frequent international speaker, he has been instrumental in educating school, business, and professional groups regarding various investment-related topics.
- Community Commitment: On a more personal note, Mr. Dir is an active community volunteer who values the relationships of family and friends. He has served on the board and actively supports many local charities. He has spent various years as a volunteer leader for a national high school youth organization.
